Ghost??

So...as some of you might now, apparently we have a visitor in our home. I had a feeling that there something else was here when Cooper would wake up at 3am, and bark under his breath at our bathroom in our master bedroom. When I told D about this he thought I was crazy. Well...I had an appointment with a pet psychic (yes, I know it sounds crazy, but it was actually VERY VERY interesting!!), and she told me that we DO have a spirit in our home! She said she is a tall grey headed woman that is very sad. She apparently had a lot of loss in her life, and is just stuck between worlds.

Well...apparently she's very upset today. I was sitting here at my computer on the kitchen counter, and all of a sudden, I heard something shatter! D was sitting on the couch and asked what happened. I walked around by the sink, but there was nothing on the floor?! I was so confused! I looked in the dishwasher, under the sink, in the fridge, and in the cabinet where my wine glasses are...and found nothing! I finally looked where I put my bowls and pans and there it was! My Pyrex liquid measuring cup (which I loved because you could measure 4 cups of liquid at a time!!) was shattered! There is no way anything fell on it...so I don't know how this happened? It was sitting inside another glass bowl, and that one didn't break? The glass was shattered all over that shelf. Inside the other bowls & everything! It was a pain to clean up...but I finally got it done. Apparently she was mad that she was all alone on Valentine's Day! haha

Tired...

I don't know what's been going on lately, but it seems like everyone is exhausted all the time...INCLUDING ME! For the last week or so, I've been having to get 4 shots of espresso in my "Marilyn Monroe" in the morning, instead of my usual 2. I'm sure it's not too healthy for me, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do! As I type this morning, I feel like my fingers are stuck to the keys...I hope I get feeling perky again soon! Maybe once it starts to warm up, it'll get better.

Goodbye Christmas :(

I'm so sad to have to say it...but Christmas is over. I admit it...I'm guilty of still having my Christmas Tree & Garland up in my house...but the lights are off. I had to take some pictures of the outside lights though. Till next year I suppose...

Our new addition...

Derick's been wanting me to get the game room cleaned out so he can have his "man cave"! So we finally got it pretty cleaned out the other day, so he went out to SLC today and came home with this!

It's a lot bigger than the one he's putting in the game room (the one that we USE to have in the living room), so we had to try it out tonight on "Superstars of Dance"!...PS, probably one of the coolest shows I've seen for a while!

I thought my Christmas was GREAT because I got the camera I wanted...I was floored when we went up to Derick's parents house on Christmas Eve and received yet another gift!! I started crying because I hadn't expected anything like this...

This is my new saddle :) !!!! I'm so excited to go use it!! I've never had my own saddle, so this is a first for sure, and my momma-in-law had never had her own either, so......

She got one too! I wanted a light saddle (cause I'm a wuss and can't throw a saddle very high)...so mine is a barrel saddle, and hers is a pleasure saddle. They'll look so good on our babies!
